What is the Waterloop System?

Waterloop is a modern system for connecting refrigerated display cases, cold rooms, and other cooling devices through a closed water loop. Instead of traditional large refrigerant installations, each device has its own cooling module that transfers heat to the water system. The water then transports excess heat to an external heat exchanger or central unit where the heat is discharged outside the building.

How does it work?

  • Each display case or cooling device operates as an independent unit.
  • Heat from the cooling system is transferred to the water loop.
  • A pump circulates water through the closed system.
  • Heat is discharged via a dry cooler, chiller, or heat pump.
  • The system automatically regulates temperature and flow according to the building’s needs.
