Savabien - Surcin
Production Capacities and Technology of SAVABIEN Company
- The facility covers an area of 5,500 m², with a modern production plant located in Surčin.
- An automated production line for insulating glass units by the renowned Austrian company LISEC ensures top-quality output and high reliability.
- The production capacity reaches 800 units (~800 m²) within a single eight-hour shift.
- The company is equipped with capabilities for all types of glass processing, including grinding, drilling, sandblasting, beveling, lamination, tempering, and other specialized processes.
Specialization and Products
- Processing of all types of single glass and production of insulated glass units (double and triple glazing), using various spacer systems – aluminum, PVC, and advanced “warm edge” profiles.
- Production of façade glazing systems with and without structural offsets, including Dow Corning certification for structural silicone glazing applications.
- The automated line enables production of insulated glass units ranging from 185×350 mm to 4500×2700 mm.
- Laminated glass production includes multi-layer laminated glass of various compositions and thicknesses, with maximum dimensions of 1900×2800 mm.
- Production of bullet-resistant multi-layer glass and glass with anti-vandal film (for storefronts), achieving protection levels P7B/P8B according to BS EN 356 standards – resistant to over 70 axe strikes before penetration.

Production Capacities and Technology of SAVABIEN Company – Inđija Facility
- Facility area: 4,300 m²
- Automated production line for aluminum structures by the renowned German manufacturer Elumatec
- Production capacity: 120 units per eight-hour shift
- Processing of aluminum and PVC profiles, as well as combined wood-aluminum and aluminum-wood profiles
- Unique CIM production concept supported by advanced software tools (PrefSuite, Orgadata, Elusoft)
Specialization and Products
The Inđija facility is dedicated to the production of high-quality aluminum joinery, including windows, doors, façade systems, and interior elements. All production stages follow strict European standards, from raw material procurement to final quality control.
- Manufacturing of all types of aluminum façades and joinery in cooperation with leading profile system manufacturers
- Classic, semi-structural, and structural aluminum curtain wall systems
- Ventilated façades made of composite aluminum panels (Etalbond, Alucobond) and sheet materials (Trespa, Fundermax, Parklex), as well as cladding made of granite ceramics and ceramic panels
